A six-person “Best of Show” exhibit will be on display at the Jacques Art Center in Aitkin through Saturday, July 2. Each artist exhibits between 10 and 12 works of art.

Hours of operation are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. Free entry.

Genevieve Loso’s pottery will be on display at the Ripple River Gallery near Bay Lake until July 10.

Loso’s work ranges from organic ash glaze surfaces to tight structured architectural lines.

The Ripple River Gallery is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday; and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday. The gallery is located 5 miles south of Deerwood on Hwy 6, then 3 miles east of Ruttger’s Bay Lake Lodge on Crow Wing County Hwy 14 to Partridge Avenue.

Crossing Arts’ annual exhibition “Salut aux arts” will run until Saturday, July 2 at the Crossing Arts Gallery.

Featuring new works by local artists that have been created over the past year, the works on display will include photography, mixed media, paintings, textile/fabric and more.

The public is invited to attend the casual vernissage of this exhibition with a light refreshment from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday.

“Nature Perspectives: The Landscape Photography of Donald Phillips” will be on display at the Jessie F. Hallett Memorial Library in Crosby until August 31.

The exhibit highlights 20 black and white photographs of Phillips, a former resident of Emily, the Little Pine Route Farm, the St. Croix Scenic Waterway, and Fort Snelling’s Pike Island.

Library hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday, and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.

The front gallery of Great River Arts will present “The Elegance of the Universe; A Thing of Beauty” by Stephanie Mirocha, until Wednesday June 29.

The main gallery will feature Kari Weber’s “A Change of Seasons” exhibition, which also runs through Wednesday.

The New York Mills Regional Cultural Center invites the public to the annual regional adult art exhibit.

This year’s theme, “When the Job’s Done,” features art from 27 of west-central Minnesota’s top artists. Art from this exhibition is on display and for sale until Saturday, July 2.
