Illinois State University’s Wonsook Kim College of Fine Arts offers Saturday morning visual arts and creative theater classes for children in kindergarten (age 5) through eighth grade. Classes will take place from September 17 to October 15.
The Visual Arts program enables students to creatively express thoughts and ideas using a variety of materials and processes while learning about art and artists from diverse countries and cultures. This class will be taught from 9am to 10:50am and will take place at the Center for Visual Arts (CVA) on the campus of Illinois State University.
The Creative Drama program develops acting skills through imagination, creativity, and exploration while using communication and collaboration skills. Classes are held from 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. with classes for kindergarten through first grade, second through third grade, and fourth through sixth grade and are held at the Milner Library on the Illinois State campus University.
